ArtReach comprises two companies: ArtReach (Consultants) Limited and ArtReach (Events) Limited, with offices in Maidenhead and Leicester. More recently ArtReach has established ArtReach Trust, a not-for-profit company to lead on development of specific creative projects and programmes.

The agency delivers capital arts projects, vision and strategies, events, education and research programmes, development and business plans, funding strategies and bids, and organisational review.
ArtReach works with theatres, galleries, festivals, dance companies, music organisations, carnival groups, local authorities and funding agencies (including Arts Council England [ACE] and Museums, Libraries and Archives [MLA] ).

ArtReach is supporting the development of Nottingham based band Numinous.
• ArtReach has started work with Madcap Performing Arts Centre in Milton Keynes to support a process of organisational development, and with Refugee Week UK to provide support for the development of the annual Celebrating Sanctuary Festival.
• ArtReach is working with a consortium of partners to explore a new project "The Night of Festivals" for summer/autumn 2010 as a celebration of the 200th anniversary of Latin American independence and the 100th anniversary of the Mexican Revolution.

From June 2009 ArtReach is working with Curzon Community Cinema ("the oldest continuously operating cinema in the world") in Clevedon, North Somerset, on its heritage development project.
ArtReach is working with the Igniting Ambition team in the East Midlands on delivery of its 2009-12 Creative Innovation project.
