Salary £20,000 Pro-Rata Part Time (3 days per week to include Wednesdays)

Starting 1 April 2019, fixed term until April 2020 (1 year)

ArtReach is a dynamic cultural development agency that helps support and drive high quality arts and heritage initiatives.

ArtReach delivers four key strands of work:

  1. Festival and event creation, programming, production and delivery (see and
  2. Public art commissioning and project management
  3. Strategic development (including visioning, business planning, fundraising and board development)
  4. Capital cultural project development and delivery (encompassing feasibility studies, development activity and project management)

We are seeking an Assistant Producer to join our team, on a fixed term, part time basis (3 days per week), to support the Senior and Executive producers in the delivery of ArtReach’s Journeys Festival International Leicester.

The role will have a particular focus on assisting the development and delivery Journeys Festival International in Leicester, as well as leading on direct community outreach programmes with Refugee and Asylum Seeker communities. We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic individual to work with the ArtReach team to develop a thriving and innovative festival programme in Leicester.
