ArtReach produced Journeys Festival International in Manchester from 02-15 October 2017. Two weeks of creative events took place in venues across the city to celebrate the creative talents of exceptional refugee and asylum seeker artists. The festival included JOURNEYS Weekender in Cathedral Gardens, a unique collaboration between Turner Prize nominee Mark Titchner and refugees from advocacy group United for Change/Pathway Arts. The Festival also brought cutting edge theatre as part of Orbit 2017 at HOME including a performance from Lemn Sissay. #JeSuis by Aakash Odedra Company was performed at Contact from 10 - 12 October and many other discussion events took place across the two weeks.
