The Journeys Festival International team is delighted to announce three new appointments to the team, supporting the delivery of the festival in Leicester.
Elaine Williamson – Project Manager
Elaine joins the ArtReach team as a Project Manager and will oversee delivery of key strands of the Leicester events. Elaine attained a BA in Theatre Arts in 2014 and is a passionate advocate for outreach projects within the arts and has substantial experience delivering projects in a creative environment. Elaine held a key role as Learning Project Worker at Sheffield Theatres, in which she managed the Sheffield People’s Theatre delivering theatre workshops and productions with a team of 400 volunteers from young people to age 55+. Previous to this Elaine has worked on exciting events such as Dot to Dot Festival, Tramlines and Made Festival.
Oli Page – Assistant Producer
Oli is well known to ArtReach having been involved in supporting a number of our projects (including Night of Festivals and Art in the Park Milton Keynes) on a freelance basis. Oli is just finishing his MSc in Cultural Events Management at De Monfort University and is looking forward to developing his creative producing skills. He will also continue to bring his excellent stage management to all our events!
Ella Kilford – Young Producer
With a degree in History of Art from Birmingham University, Ella has been involved in a variety of artistic activity since graduating in 2015. Ella is an active member of the Collabor-8 Collective young people’s group at Nottingham Contemporary, supporting and managing events. This includes an 8 week project with artist Hetain Patel for the Nottingham Young Refugee Form which included the creation of short films that were later shown at the Refugee Week Launch.
ArtReach looks forward to supporting the Ella’s development in the Young Producer role.
