ArtReach is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Producer who will focus on the development of the Refugee and Asylum Seeker consulation group in the city of Leicester.

ArtReach delivers four key strands of work:
- Festival and event creation, programming, production and delivery (see www.nightoffestivals.com and www.journeysfestival.com)
- Public art commissioning and project management
- Strategic development (including visioning, business planning, fundraising and board development)
- Capital cultural project development and delivery (encompassing feasibility studies, development activity and project management)
We are seeking an Assistant Producer to join our team, on a fixed term, part time basis (2.5 days per week to include Wednesdays), to support in the delivery of Journeys Festival International in Leicester taking place in August 2018. The Festival celebrates the artistic talents of exceptional refugee and asylum seeker artists, and explores work that shares the refugee experience.
The post will have a particular focus on the development and delivery of the Refugee and Asylum Seeker consultation group, coordination of community participatory arts workshops, and involvement in the delivery of other strands such as visual art projects. This is a fixed term contract until September 2018, but with scope for further possible work as we develop the festival.
