ArtReach is a creative producer based in Leicester, but with national and international profile. ArtReach’s annual cultural programme is wide ranging and since we established over 20 years’ ago, has featured some of the most spectacular large-scale carnival parades, major digital installations and pop-up theatre performances taking place on our streets and in open spaces for all to take part. Examples include Light Up Leicester, Journeys Festival International and Corby Mardi Gras.  

We are looking for a new part-time (20 hours a week, £20k annual salary pro-rata) Office Administrator to join our team in Leicester to help coordinate a small but busy office and support core processes that contribute towards effective ways of working. 

The part-time Office Administrator will work alongside our General Manager to maintain effective day-to-day coordination of the office and implementation of administrative policies, systems and procedures that support the ArtReach business. The role will also help with financial processing and keeping good quality records and filing systems. As a business with a wide range of projects and priorities, there will be opportunities to support ArtReach’s creative development work through assistance with consultancy projects, marketing support and other income generating initiatives. 

The role is offered initially on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2022.
