Lynn has over 13 years of experience in the not-for-profit and statutory sectors, combining a range of experience in senior and programme management roles as well as consultancy projects. She directed the development and communications departments for arts and heritage charities such as Music for Youth, St John’s Smith Square and the London Festival of Baroque Music. As programme manager for the National Foundation for Youth Music, she further managed a major grants programme investing £2m per year in grassroots arts organisations.
As a consultant, Lynn advised several charities on ways to improve their effectiveness, measuring their impact and developing new income streams. While working at New Philanthropy Capital – in addition to consultancy support – she was involved in delivering Inspiring Impact (a UK-wide collaborative programme supporting the charity sector to measure impact) and leading a seminar series on impact measurement for the Arts Council England’s Cultural Commissioning Programme. As General Manager for ArtReach, Lynn leads on key elements of organisational development, assists the festival and events management teams with production and planning and also leads the consultancy team alongside the Arts and Heritage consultant.
